These Terms govern your use of the Starlo: Mock Interview Prep mobile app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

1. What the App is

The App is a voice practice tool for behavioral interviews using the STAR method. Scores, feedback and practice plans are study aids only. They can be wrong or incomplete. The App does not guarantee any interview, job, offer, or school outcome. It is not a job offer, not admissions advice, and not medical advice. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any employer, school, or interview platform.

2. Subscriptions

• Starlo Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions: weekly and monthly. There is no free trial. Example US prices (your App Store storefront may differ): weekly at $9.99 and monthly at $24.99. Prices shown in the App before purchase control.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Family Sharing is not included.

3. Refund request data

If you are 18 or older and turn on "Share usage for refund reviews" in Settings, then when you ask Apple for a refund, information about how you used the App may be shared with Apple through our subscription provider to help Apple decide the request. This setting is off by default and you can turn it off at any time.

4. AI features

Some features send your spoken or typed answers through our server so they can be scored. Results can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important information before you rely on it. The App does not guarantee any interview outcome. AI scoring requires your consent and is described further in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or redistribute the App's content, reverse engineer the App, or use it in a way that breaks the law. Do not submit personal data about others into AI features.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its text, design and software belong to us or our licensors. Employer names, school names and interview platform names belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any interview result, job, offer, grade or loss arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In addition to these Terms, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the App.
